Bill Gates (A brief Biography)
The co-founder of Microsoft is Bill Clinton. He was born
in Seattle, Washington, the United States on October 28, 1955. The name of Bill
Gates’s father was William Henry Gates Senior.
The name of his mother’s name was Marry Maxwell. His father was a
prominent lawyer. He was a law student when he met his future wife, Marry
Maxwell. She was an athletic and outward-bound student at the University of
Washington. She keenly participated in
student counselling and headship. Bill Gates; belonging to an upper-middle-class
family. The name of his elder sister was Kristianne. His younger sister’s name
was Libby.
He studied in
Lakeside school and; he took a lot of interest in computing. When he wrote his
first software program on the computer, he was thirteen years old. He had

friends. Paul Allen was his future business collaborator. He was a senior
student at Lakeside. In 1973, he was graduated; from high school. He passed his
SAT exam with the highest marks that are 1590 out of 1600. He was a National Merit Scholar. In 1994, Bill
Gates married Melinda French, at the age of thirty-eight, on a golf course on
the Hawaiin Island of Lanai.

system. Another reason for his success is that he developed his skills through
continuous practice. Teamwork is the major cause of his success. Bill Gates said that he worked days and
nights to flourish his business. He worked when his children were in bed. He
was reading and replying to his all emails on weekends. He also used to travel
around the world to spend at least two weeks amongst his customers to get their
feedback. He kept himself away from the office routine at least for two weeks
in thinking and planning his future business.
Limitations
According to Bill Gate, there
should be a purpose of profitability within the companies. While giving an
interview to Quartz, Bill Gates suggested that people should approach the
government to accept their social needs. Therefore, he stresses the
profitability that all the corporations require to implement within their
businesses.
The billionaire Microsoft
co-founder highlighted that it is not a magic bullet that the problems should
be solved only by asking CEOs to implement it in the corporation. American
Executives should adopt Gates’s advice that businesses must get the main accountability
upon their workers, clients, investors as well as society. The financial strength is based on the aptitude
to reinstate and employ people and pay their wages on time. None can ignore the fact that it is a generative
range of things.

Microsoft is rushing towards the progress that is a more
